I saw last night that the Bigg's in Hyde Park (3872 Paxton Avenue, 513.619.5454) has tastings on Thursday from 6:30-8:30. I think it said they were $5/person? John and I were standing in the checkout line literally at 6:28, and we really wanted to go, but our cart of meat, milk, and other things that wouldn't survive very well had other ideas. They also have beer tastings on Saturdays around 2, and I've been to those. The people are always incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and they actually have a wonderful beer & wine selection for a grocery store.
