Tag, you’re it! Cincinnati Wine Events

This isn’t necessarily a wine-related post, but we can make it into a wine-related activity. Cincinnati.com is competing with events on MySpace, Facebook, and I think most importantly, ZipScene. I know I refer to all of them when compiling my weekly list. In order to be competitive, Cincinnati.com has upped the technology quotient on their entertainment listings, and that works in our favor.

You can now log in and tag events in the Cincinnati.com calendar. You can also review events, restaurants, and so on. They’ve brought the entertainment portion of the site into Web 2.0 and it’s up to you to make it work. My request to you? Go out there and tag things "Wine." If you really want me to see them, tag them "winegirl". Why? Because when I’m compiling my weekly list, I’ll also start searching on tags as well as dates and keywords. So go out there and tag away!
