Valereee commented on my last blog post, drawing my attention to her own blog. She is a local (Cincinnati) writer and mom. She’s a locavore, running a blog focusing on eating locally and sustainably. She offers recipes, lets you know where the great farmer’s markets are located, and covers the local food movement. I didn’t even know you could manage to successfully eat locally and sustainably in Cincinnati, so I’ve definitely learned something new.
Whereas I focus on eating local, as in patronizing restaurants owned locally by Cincinnati independents and trying out Ohio wineries, Valereee can send you to the local Farmer’s Market to eat local in your own kitchen.
Enjoy!

Thanks, Wine Girl! I love eating locally, too — especially when I can find local restaurants that also try to source locally! I’ve added you to my blogreader and will be checking back for reports on local wineries and local restaurants that carry local wines and serve local foods!
