Cincinnati Wine Events 2008: 2/15 – 2/21

Happy President’s Day! Happy Leap Year! Alright, there are no real holidays coming up. Think of it as a break, following on the heels of Mardi Gras and Valentine’s Day. For Kevin and I, this is the last week before we take off for Texas. We’re presenting on technology at the ASTD TechKnowledge conference in San Antonio. That also means that this is the last Friday post for a couple of weeks. We’ll be gone on the 22nd and we won’t make it back in time for me to get a post out on the 29th. So pay attention to those upcoming events. Now they’re important!

As usual, it’s a big list of events, so we’ve compiled it on one page for your reading pleasure. (For information on Dayton, you can refer to Mark’s blog at Uncorked.) If you know of tastings or events that we missed in the Cincinnati area, or if we have incorrect information, please email us and we’ll add it to the list.

You may note that the tastings in KY are mostly free, and the tastings in Ohio charge at least .25. It’s illegal for a retailer to give alcohol away in Ohio, so they charge you, but many times it’s a nominal fee.
