Like last week, this week is pretty low-key. As usual, The Party Source in Bellevue has some excellent classes throughout the week. If I listed them all, I’d look like an add for the store. So you can check out the Wine-related ones on our calendar of events, or just check out their own calendar. Also, the Cincy Chic cooking classes, which are only $15/pp, start this week at The Party Source. As I said, it’s low-key. I recommend checking out the Blues, BBQ & Moerlein Festival at Findlay Market over the weekend.

This week is a great time to check out regular tastings, including a "fancy-schmancy tasting" tonite and tomorrow at Liquor Direct. Regular tastings also occur at Jungle Jims, Dilly Deli, Party Town, The Wine Merchant, the Wine CART, and more. Our full calendar of events is always available, (and includes regular events) so don’t forget to check it regularly as it’s updated often.

A note on upcoming events – Jean-Robert is hosting winemaker Jan Krupp at Pigall’s on Friday, August 8. It’s a 4-course dinner paired with Krupp’s wines and of course, some education from the winemaker. It’s a great event, but you’ll need to reserve early. Cost is $135/pp. Call 513.721.1345.
