		<description><![CDATA[I would have loved to have had one of those when I was bartending. We used the bartender spoon mentioned above but it could (and would) always fall forward causing the two beers to mix more than they should have.

		<description><![CDATA[It is a cute version of the classic bartender spoon.  It breaks the momentum from the pour, then reduces it further by turning a single heavy stream of beer into much lighter rivulets all around the spoon (or in this case, turtle).  That keeps the dark beer from plunging into the pilsner.  Eventually the dark beer will always come to the top because it is actually lighter than the pilsner.  The spoon method just keeps it from plunging deep, allowing the two to settle more quickly.
