March: In like a lion and out like a lamb. Are you ready?

I'm not. Time slips away from me anymore and I worry I'm not appreciating things like I should, which brings me to Open That Bottle Night.
OTBN was created by two of my favorite wine journalists (Dorothy &
John from the Wall Street Journal) back in 2000. The goal is for you to
grab that bottle of wine you've been saving and drink it. If you keep
holding onto it for something special, nothing will ever be special
enough. Trust me on that one – I hoard our wine. It doesn't have to be
an expensive bottle, although it often is. Maybe it's just a bottle
leftover from your wedding, or a bottle with another special memory.
Whatever it is, take some time out this weekend and pop open that
bottle. Enjoy OTBN!

So, on to the weekly events. As usual, after a jam-packed week like last week, this is a slow week.

Remember, these are just one-time events of which I'm aware. Regular (recurring) events are always listed on the calendar. The calendar is up to date.
Any wine-related events I'm currently aware of are on the
calendar. If I missed something – something local to Cincinnati that is
- let me know!

For information on what's going on in Dayton, you can refer to Mark's blog at Uncorked.
