Great post indeed! Thanks. If you want a little more riding through the wine country that is connected to Suisun Valley, there are some nice moderate to easy loops heading north from the winery area, up into the hills along Gordon Valley Road and Suisun Valley/Wooden Valley Road. Be sure to work the one-mile long Wooden Valley Cross Road into the trip. Shoulders are narrow (experienced road cyclists only), but traffic is generally light; much lighter than in Napa Valley. More challenging rides can take you over the hills to Napa Valley (west) or Lake Berryessa/Davis (east).

Great post! My wife and I moved to the Cincinnati area from the Bay Area abt 3yrs ago, and we're very familiar with the Fairfield/Suisun area. (In fact, you should take the Jelly Belly Factory Tour the next time you're up there!) The wineries in the Suisun Valley are getting better each year, so it's great that you made the effort to check them out. Well done!
