You are spot on with your description of this BlogHer event. I had a great time and thought your session was the best of the whole event. It was also nice getting to talk with you at the last session of the day. The folks there were all friendly and willing to share information. Also, thank you for the video interview. I'll send you a link when I post it. I hope you will continue to speak at the Blogher events. I can't wait to go check out your Wine blog too!

Thanks for the conference review. I have not attended one yet, but I hope to do so soon. It is nice to hear about the sharing and the friendliness. Not all events are as enjoyable, and this one sounds great.

I agree with you that frozen Bertolli served on fine hotel china and St. Supery wines was a bit wierd. But I gotta say, 1) corporate sponsorships kept our conference fee to a low $100 for a day at the St. Regis, and 2) The frozen food is on par with the usual hotel conference junk I usually eat!
That said, Bertolli didn't fully understand the audience (nor did Pillsbury, Pur, et al.). Bertolli would have been much smarter to push their olive oil via some more updated, fresh dishes...
And for Pillsbury - I am dying to know if there is one single blogger that is going to write a blog post about the "world's first aeresol based frosting with a five prong tip." LOL.
