I’m hosting a Wine Tasting with pairing of cheese and small appetizers. I need help with the pairing the selections I have chosen. Can someone please help!!!

The Valley Vineyards annual wine festival was always in the fall, third weekend in September. A 3 day event that started on Thursday. They stoppped having the festival a few years back due to the legal web of regulations that were thrown at them. Glad to hear my old neighbors are going to start having another annual celebration.
